Team Wilcox is fundraising for Childhood Eye Cancer Trust
We are taking part in CHECT's virtual Hospital to Hospital challenge this August and I'll be covering the distance of 122 miles (one way)/244 miles (round trip) over 31 days - the distance between The Royal London Hospital and Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital, the only two hospitals in the UK treating retinoblastoma (Rb).
Every mile covered and every pound raised will help to continue to deliver lifelong support to those who need it; drive early diagnosis and understanding; and reduce the negative impact of retinoblastoma.
Our family has personally been recipients of both the expert care in Birmingham and the excellent care that CHECT provides!
